MISSION STATEMENT-
Baker Manufacturing, Inc. was established in 1970 and has served as a second-tier supplier of aircraft parts to a number of Boeing-Direct firms in the Seattle area since that time. We are a family business, employing myself, four of my sons, and a few others. We strive for and take pride in our quality and timeliness.

The majority of our work is aluminum, however we also work in a variety of steels, titanium, plastics, and stainless. Parts we machine are primarily from hogout; often 4th axis in nature; often with MDD or ruled surfaces; limited only by the capacity of the enclosed list of equipment. We have embraced statistical quality control and practice real time sampling of inspection data at our machining centers.

Baker Manufacturing, Inc. is dedicated to be on the cutting edge of technology through: the acquisition of new equipment; implementation of the latest manufacturing techniques; inspection procedures; and we have instituted a program within our company to cover the cost of continued education for all personnel.

We are continually looking to expand our customer base by creating strong working relationships with well-established firms. We hope to develop a mutually beneficial and profitable relationship during this economic cycle that will last through the inevitable down turns as well. We look forward to being of service to you.
